  1. Services → Chart templates. Thirty-two structured templates ship today, so each service is charted its own way rather than into a free-text box.
  2. Lab rules → what a result should do. In range files quietly. Flagged schedules a recheck. Far out of range holds the booking until a provider reviews it.
  3. Injection maps → face and body. Anatomical regions with dose recorded by site, wired to the lot the units were drawn from.
  4. Consent → per service. A treatment fails closed without valid consent, and renewals prompt automatically.

What it does not do.

This is a record and a set of gates. It is not a second opinion.

  • The templates are structure, not advice. They say what to record for a service. They do not say what to do — clinical judgement stays with the clinician.
  • Signing is not configurable. A signed note snapshots its template version, signer and timestamp. A correction is an addendum, on the record, never an edit — and the API enforces that, not the UI.
  • A lab rule can hold a booking; it cannot interpret one. Out of range is flagged and gated for a provider to review. The rule decides what happens next, not what it means.
  • Consent fails closed. A treatment without valid consent does not start, and there is no override for convenience.

Can a signed note be corrected?

Yes, as an addendum. The original stays exactly as it was signed, with its template version, signer and timestamp intact, and the correction sits on the record beside it.

Do the chart templates tell a provider what to prescribe?

No. They structure what gets recorded for a service so the note is complete and consistent. What to do is the clinician’s judgement, and nothing here substitutes for it.

What happens when a lab comes back out of range?

It is flagged rather than filed quietly, and depending on the rule it either schedules a recheck or holds the booking until a provider has reviewed it.

Where do injection units come from?

The lot they were drawn from. Units decrement as they are charted, and a preflight failure blocks the treatment rather than letting it proceed uncounted.
