From ad click to booked visit —
inside one system.

Funnels, campaigns, memberships, reviews — wired to the schedule and the chart, because they live in the same system. No agency retainer, no exports.

Every stage below is Highborne — the landing page, the widget, the CRM record, the booking. Nothing is glued on.

REAL FEATURES · site builder, booking widget, CRM, and campaigns ship in the product today

    Live · pick a cohort

    Campaigns that already
    know your patients.

The CRM shares a database with the chart and the schedule — cohorts come from real visit history, not an uploaded CSV.

CHANNEL DISCIPLINE · campaigns go by email. SMS is reserved for two-factor sign-in and patient notifications.

    Setting it up

    From site to cohort.

The website, the booking widget and the campaigns are the same system as the schedule and the chart. Setting them up is four steps.

    1. Site builder → your site. Providers, services and prices publish from clinic data. Change a price once and the site already knows.
    2. Put the booking widget on every page. It writes into the schedule itself, not a copy of it, so availability cannot drift.
    3. Turn on the campaigns you want. Google and Facebook are campaign-ready out of the box.
    4. Pick a cohort and send. Lapsed HRT patients, memberships expiring, birthdays this month — built from real visit history.
    Where the edges are

    What it does not do.

The boundaries, so nothing here is a surprise after you sign up.

    • There is no CSV import for cohorts. They are built from real visit history, which is exactly why they are current at send rather than stale the day they were uploaded.
    • Campaigns are email. SMS stays reserved for two-factor sign-in and patient notifications.
    • A review is asked for after a visit, not on a schedule. The ask goes out at the happy moment, by email.
    Questions people ask

    Before you ask us.

And if the answer you want is not here, ask — questions are free.

Can we upload our mailing list?

No, and deliberately. Cohorts are built from real visit history, so they cannot go stale between the export and the send.

Does a lead have to be re-typed to become a patient?

No. Lead to patient to appointment is one atomic step.

    Do unfinished bookings just disappear?

No. They become CRM leads automatically, so the follow-up is a record rather than a memory.

    Who runs the website?

You do, from the site builder. It publishes from the same clinic data the schedule uses.

    Grow on your own catalog.

Your services, your cohorts, your funnel.
