Highborne SMS Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 18, 2026

YoungHebert, Inc. operates Highborne, a platform used by participating clinics, including Rasch and Flourish. This notice explains how information is used for the Highborne operational text messaging program. Your clinic's privacy notices govern its clinical services.

The program uses your mobile number, clinic association, SMS consent and withdrawal records, and message delivery and reply information to provide clinic notifications, apply your messaging choices, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain a record of those choices.

Highborne and your participating clinic use service providers, including Telnyx and telecommunications carriers, to deliver and process messages. Information needed to operate the SMS service is shared with those providers for that purpose. We do not sell or rent SMS consent records, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.

Message content is limited to operational notifications. Use the secure patient portal or contact your clinic for clinical information. Do not send medical details, photographs, payment information, or emergency requests by SMS.

You can stop messages from the clinic number by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP, contact your clinic, or email support@highborne.com. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, notify your clinic.

We keep messaging information only as needed to provide the program, honor messaging preferences, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact support@highborne.com with questions about information used by this program or to request assistance exercising applicable privacy rights.
