Highborne Operational SMS Terms

Effective date: October 18, 2026

The Highborne operational SMS program is provided by YoungHebert, Inc. on behalf of participating clinics, including Rasch and Flourish. Messages identify the sending clinic. After you agree to receive texts from your clinic, you may receive appointment reminders and scheduling information, account notifications, and notices that a care-team or prescription-related update is available through the secure patient portal. This program does not send advertising or promotional campaigns.

Message frequency varies with your appointments, account activity, and clinic communications. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Agreeing to text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Contact your clinic to discuss another communication method.

Reply STOP to the sending clinic number to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, contact your clinic, or email support@highborne.com. To resume messages, contact your clinic or use its supported SMS consent flow; a START reply must be handled consistently with that clinic's consent and suppression settings.

Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for urgent or emergency care. Use your clinic's established clinical communication channels and local emergency services when appropriate.

See the Highborne SMS Privacy Notice for how information is used in this program.
